Control over who goes where

Most buildings stop at a guard on the door. A lift can carry far more of that load. Residents reach only their own floor. Visitors are granted access for a single trip, at a set time, without anyone handing over a key. Deliveries go to a service car rather than through the lobby, and every movement is logged.

We specify and wire that control as part of the installation rather than bolting it on afterwards, and we tie it into the access control, intercom and CCTV already going into the building. On an existing lift, most of it can be retrofitted without replacing the machine.

From the resident's phone

The Altis Residence app puts that control in the hand of the person using it. A resident calls the lift on the way in and it is waiting for them. A visitor is sent a pass that works once, inside a window the resident sets, and expires on its own. Nobody hands over a key and nobody has to call down to the desk.

For the guard on the door it means fewer judgement calls, because the building already knows who is expected and when. For the owner it means a record of every movement through the building rather than someone's memory of it.
